Negev Energy Company accessibility Regulations
Negev Energy makes every effort and invests many resources in order to provide all its customers with an equal, respectable, accessible and professional service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law of 1998 and the regulations enacted under it, substantial efforts and resources are invested in making the necessary accessibility adjustments. These adjustments aim to ensure that any person with a disability will be able to receive the services provided to all customers, independently and equally.
Structural Accessibility Regulations
- The observation point is open 24/7 and available to the public. The location is accessible to people with disabilities, including wheelchair-accessible parking suitable for wheelchairs and baby strollers. The public is welcome to visit and experience the largest renewable energy project in Israel.
Accessible Customer Service
- Employee training for accessible service: Training sessions are conducted to familiarize employees with accessibility, create awareness among the workers, and provide practical tools for delivering accessible service.

Website Accessibility
An accessible website allows people with disabilities and elderlies to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all users. Approximately 20 to 25 percent of the population encounters difficulties using the internet, and they may benefit from more accessible internet content, according to a 2003 study by Microsoft.
Negev Energy believes in and works towards equal opportunities in the online space for individuals with diverse disabilities and those using assistive technology for computer access.

- This website complies with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations of 2013.
- Accessibility adjustments were made according to the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for internet content accessibility at AA level and the international WCAG 2.0 document.
- High compatibility checks were performed for the Chrome browser.
